For all these processes we use a methodology that we first came across in the nuclear industry, that of Stop, Think, Act, Review. This behavioural approach to problem solving has since become ingrained in everything we do.
We spend a considerable time at the design stage to ensure that our systems will meet the design brief. With many years of audio system design experience and with the latest design tools to hand, we can ensure our systems will perform to your expectations.

Once a design has been passed we provide a detailed installation package which can be handed over to your preferred installer. Or we can select one of our experienced installation contractors to carry out the installation. In either case we will be with you every step of the way with project management being provided by PAVA Services.
Commissioning is a vital for an effective and compliant system.
We carry out commissioning to a pre-determined and documented format to ensure any audio system is setup and configured correctly.
Utilising specialist test equipment, we measure levels and performance to ensure best performance and establish a base line for future maintenance.
We also offer a supply and commission option for some projects allowing electrical and security contractors to install cabling and speakers in new build schemes, whilst ensuring the system performs as specified with our engineers making final connections and configuration.

We are able to provide a range of service agreements from routine maintenance to fully comprehensive cover and also ad hoc service calls for less essential systems.
